How it Works...

CONTACT US - In the first instance, contact us via email or telephone to discuss your specific requirements.

COMMUNICATION - we mostly communicate via email and telephone, however we can visit your site upon negotiation (depending on your location).

AVAILABILITY - our hours are flexible, we are here when you need us.

COMPLETION OF PROJECTS - when we have completed your project, it will either be emailed or posted to you. If you require work to be couriered, this will be at your expense.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - we guarantee your satisfaction with jobs completed. Changes that fall outside of our initial agreement may incur additional charges.

PAYMENT - upon completion of your project you will be invoiced. We accept payment by cash and bank deposit.


Terms:

  1. You will receive an invoice upon completion of your job..
  2. All invoices are to be paid within 7 working days from date of invoice.
  3. In some circumstances payment in full, or a deposit, may be required before commencement of work.
  4. Late payments may incur a surcharge.
  5. All work is carried out in strict confidence and will not be revealed to any third parties. 
  6. A copy of completed work will be saved for a period of six months for future reference, after this time it will be deleted unless otherwise requested. 
  7. Personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, will be used solely for the purpose of providing administration services to you.
  8. We take confidentiality very seriously and we are willing to sign any confidentiality agreement you deem necessary.
